An unusually large and well done ko kinko sanmai tsuba. Momoyama period. Very good condition. Shakudo sheets with raised images and gold highlights over an iron core. This was a functional tsuba, unlike so many of the sanmai tsuba that were decorative sheets over copper, or the later export pieces. 8.27 cm x 7.62 cm x 3.8 mm.
