A marugata shaukdo tsuba, skillfully carved myriad cherry blossoms, and buds. Deep rich black shakudo. There is a gilt mimi, decorated with nanako. 7.73 cm x 7.05 cm x 3.2 mm. Deep black patina without rust or wear. Circa. 1800. This is similar to iron examples of Bushu Ito, but the work is superior. See sold item S0462 and item S0463. $2,500
