A important very strong, large, early Namban tsuba, likely an import into Japan. An unseal seppadai and kozuka ana, outlined in shakudo and with a textured gold plug. Complicated interlaced wire screen pattern. The rim is decorated in kebori. Good color and condition. 8.16 cm x 8.08 cm x 7.1 mm. $850
