Three Lobed Mokugata Tsuba

A large three lobed mokugata tsuba, decorated with grape leaves, vines, and grapes on a heavily worked ishime surface. 9.32 cm x 8.83 cm x 4.7 mm. to 5.2 mm at the mimi. The tsuba has a slightly dry feel. I am speculating that the indentation at the base, was a place to rest your thumb. Good for either collecting or mounting. $850.
