Sue Koto Mino Project Wakizashi

I generally try to avoid buying this sort of thing, let alone posting it. However, friends settling an estate tugged at my heart strings and opened my wallet.
A very healthy and stout ubu mumei sue koto Mino wakizashi. Shinogizukure, iroi mune, chu kissaki, sakizori. Hawatare: 1. shaku 5 sun 3 bu (45.56 cm /17.9375"). Motohaba: 2.529 cm. Sakihaba: 1.7976 cm, Kasane: 7 mm. The hamon is an even gunome notare with a thin habuchui. The jigane is obscured, but itame would be a good guess.
The tsuba is missing, as is the fuchi., The kashira is a very good iron Higo mountain road pattern. I am reasonably sure that matching iron fuchi can be found for small money. Descent shakudo menuki with gold highlights. Two piece gilt habaki.
This is a project blade. Something for a martial artis who would want to fit a tsuba and fuchi, the amature polisher, or someone looking for parts.
