Kaga Goto Kozuka

A very good Kaga Goto kozuka of a silver , gold , and shakudo radish on a shakudo nanako plate. The nanako shows some honest wear from use (note: left side of top picture). NBTHK Hozon kanteisho dated Heisei yon nen yon gatsu hachi hi (April 8, 1992).
Around Keicho and Kanei times (1596-1644), Goto Katujo, Goto Kenjo, and Goto Teijo came to Kaga. These works are referred to as Kaga Goto. There were undoubtedly deshi as well as these three masters producing works. $950
