Choshu Hagi Ju Yukihisa Saku

A wonderful Choshu Yukihisa tsuba from the Sasano collection. 7.44 cm x 7.44 cm x 4.3 mm at the rim. The rim tapers in significantly. The engraved lines on the face are continued randomly on the rim. The condition is perfect. In a custom fitted box with the collector's note that it came from the Sasano collection. This tsuba has been in a private collection for the past twenty years.
